LanZhou is a type of hand-pulled noodle that shares its name with the city in China in which it originated, and owner GuiXin Lin has been making them for decades now — from China to New York and now Cumming.

“Hands down, best Chinese Food I’ve had in some time (for reference, my normal go to is Pacific Spice). We tried the crab rangoon, Mongolian beef, spicy Chinese chicken, and house special fried rice. Each dish was excellent, the food was flavorful, serving sizes were just right, cost was a lot less than I expected, and the staff was very inviting.”
